PATIENT TRANSPORT SERVICE (PTS) CALL HANDLER
FULL-TIME POSITION
All our PTS call handlers are key members of our team. They are responsible for organizing and coordinating all patient transport services, such as facilitating patient travel to routine hospital appointments and arranging for patients to be taken home after being discharged.
PATIENT TRANSPORT SERVICE (PTS) DRIVER
FULL-TIME POSITION
As a PTS Driver, you are responsible for the safe transportation of non-emergency patients. These individuals are usually elderly, disabled, or vulnerable and it is your duty to ensure they safely reach their destination – whether it’s an outpatient clinic, daycare centre, or a routine hospital appointment.
